As a Destination Wedding Planner in Tuscany, how will you help craft our special day?

Being local and living in Tuscany allows Dashiell and team to bring your Tuscany wedding dreams to life. The essence of Tuscany will be immersed in every aspect of your wedding or special day, but in a way that is uniquely you as a couple. You are selecting Tuscany as the backdrop for the start of your happily ever after, but you want to add your personal style to ‘the big day’. Our team uses our vast connections, resources and network of colleagues to build the event of your dreams. Below we share some examples of proposals, elopments, and weddings in picturesque Tuscany. All of these Tuscany events started with an email or call to Dashiell, continued with constant contact, dreaming and scheming, through to the perfect day.

  • Crystal + John Elopement

Both lovers of good food and wine, they originally planned for a micro-wedding with only the family and friends. Then covid struck and plans have changed drastically. They would still pursue their dream wedding in Tuscany no matter what. We had to change venue as their date was not available but this did not stop them and instead we found a better spot for their elopement. We ended up in a boutique winery-hotel, Agriturismo Mormoraia, where they both said their I-do’s among the olive groves embraced by the sweet symphony of the cello followed by a romantic dinner in their private terrace.

  • Gabriella + GianLorenzo Wedding

I met Gabriella at university and we also ended up being room mates. We were young and free and had so many dreams for the future. We lost tracks when she moved to Milan to follow her sommelier dream where she met Gianlorenzo, a charming man who shared the same passion for wine. They connected quickly and one day on a sunny hot air balloon ride, Gianlorenzo made the question. Gabriella, before even knowing she would marry Gianlorenzo, was always joking in hiring me as her wedding planner if ever she met her Prince! And that is how our paths crossed again. We picked this ancient estate of Medici origins, Villa Medicea La Ferdinanda, and the rest are amazing memories…

  • Anahit + Vahe Wedding

One of my very first couples, Anahit and Vahe, who now have become friends from afar. We met in person for a venue scouting in the Rennaisance city of Florence and enjoyed 2 days of tasting food and wine. The connection was immediately strong and we knew that no matter where we would ended up having the wedding, it would have been just amazing!

We chose an elegant Villa where Dante, the father of the italian language, lived – Villa Garofalo - in the Florentine slope where the view is spectacular and the cloister with its string lights contributed in making the magic work! We set the ceremony in the Contessa garden offering the view to the Duomo and had a lovely cocktail hour with classic italian trio string.

  • Michelle + Chris Micro Wedding

Michelle and Chris decided to come to Italy and find the venue of their dreams in person. We drove around Tuscany for 3 days and finally they got inlove with an Estate in the rolling hills of Siena. Unfortunately, due to covid, their 50-guest list was narrowed down to 10 and what originally was planned to be a normal wedding, has become a micro-wedding. They were about to call off the wedding, but at the end I convinced them to still follow that dream. And that day was magical. We had a lovely dinner under the twinkle lights and hired a private Chef who cooked their favourite pici cacio e pepe and T-bone steak. Their loved ones who were not able to join, witnessed their ceremony via Facebook live and though they were not fully present, Michelle and Chris felt all their support and love thanks to the live broadcast.

  • Brianna + Joseph

I met with Brianna and her dad for the tasting of the wedding menu and the visit of their venue which she and Joseph have confirmed without seeing it person. They totally trusted and relied on me and their expectations went beyond. Brianna was thrilled and couldn’t wait to see herself getting married to the man of her life in this cozy property, Tenuta di Papena. The day of the wedding was raining cats and dogs, yet it’s been one of the most magical days of their lives. The rain didn’t stop them.

They have beautiful pictures of their first look at the roofless San Galgano Abbey and created memories in great company with their family and friends inside the old stable of the venue. The floral decoration based on autumn-y colors made the ambience even more romantic.

  • Gabriella + Tomas Elopement

“Hello, are you able to help us with a civil wedding? We are only 2 people”.

This is how everything started. Gabriela and Tomas had a clear idea of what they wanted. They needed some privacy and intimacy for their wedding. Only them two saying “I do” to each other and no other people around. They would have gotten their marriage certificate in secrecy and would have surprised their families back home. We planned everything in only 1 month. I found a winery hotel amidst the vineyards, Villa Dievole, where they had the civil wedding and me as official interpreter. They enjoyed some intimate moment with bubbles and canapes in the Belvedere Terrace and ended the night with a candlelight dinner in the garden.
